I graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Social Work and the University of Toronto with a Master of Social Work, specializing in Clinical Counselling, Mental Health. I have worked in a variety of positions for government and community agencies developing and facilitating educational workshops. As a Respectful Workplace Coordinator in a post-secondary institution, I developed training and offered coaching and mediation for employees. In my private practice, I provide clinical counselling services for Heath Authority employees with the Family and Employee Assistance Program, and for other community agencies. Several of my presentations were adapted to webinars and training videos for Bridge the Gapp, Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers, and the Department of Education.
